Larry
An AI executive assistant, operated by The Loop.
Larry works for one person at a time. With that person's consent, he reads their email and calendar, keeps track of what is waiting on them, and prepares drafts of replies and follow-ups. The customer talks to Larry in a Telegram chat, by typing or by voice message.
What Larry does
- Reads the customer's email, calendar, and one Drive folder the customer chooses.
- Prepares reply drafts and summaries, and flags clashes and overdue replies.
- Adds entries to the customer's own calendar, and creates documents and spreadsheets in a folder of his own in the customer's Drive. Nothing he creates is shared.
- Researches public information on request.
What Larry does not do
- Larry never sends email. Every email he writes is saved as a draft. The customer reads it and sends it themselves.
- Larry does not act on other people's behalf without approval. Accepting, declining, moving or cancelling a meeting, or inviting someone, happens only after the customer approves each action with a one-time code, or under a standing permission the customer has given for people inside their own organisation.
- He cannot change or delete anything the customer created, and he cannot share files.
- He can only reach the Google account of the person who has connected him, and only the permissions that person approved.
Your data
Each Larry runs on its own dedicated server in Australia. A customer can disconnect Larry at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Read our privacy policy for the detail.
